It's simple: I cook so that others may simply enjoy!
We will work together to create a menu of weekly meals, the options are endless. I do the shopping and the cooking, placing everything in ready-to-freeze or heat containers for you to pick up. Return them at the end of the week, and let's do it all over again!
(Note that I can also chef for your special dinner party, your weekend rental, or even prepare picnic baskets for your day on the river! Let's chat!)

I WANT TO COOK FOR YOU.
Having been a chef for over 20 years, it is my greatest joy to cook for others. I have cooked in restaurants such as King Louie's in St. Louis, then Michelin-starred Michael Mina and then Range in San Francisco, to name a few. I learned much from those experiences, but I discovered that I most enjoy being able to provide the service of prepared meals for individual clients and their families to enjoy at home together. This has enabled me to dive deep into preferences and expertise while being able to help folks explore meals they may not cook on their own.
